Biographical
Mitchell Rose, C. Med, Q. Arb, is a tenured third party neutral dedicated to solving legal problems. His expertise in, and passion for, delivering practical solutions helps clients avoid excessive legal costs and end conflict. Mitch provides mediation, mediation-arbitration, arbitration services (in-person, online and hybrid) throughout Ontario for a wide range of civil disputes with a focus on employment law, commercial matters, estates, and real property.
Mitch holds the Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator designations from the ADR Institute of Canada, and is a member of both the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the International Academy of Mediators.
An e-book author of 40 Mediation Advocacy Tips for Ontario Lawyers, he has also published articles in various legal and business publications. Mitch is a frequent speaker for various professional organizations and industry associations on employment law and alternative dispute resolution topics.

Rates Information
$2,300.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, half-day virtual mediation*, and $4,000.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, full-day virtual mediation when booked in advance. Rate includes a pre-mediation conference call, preparation, and post-mediation follow-up (if required). In-person and hybrid rates are extra. Additional time and parties are extra, as is travel outside of the GTA for attending an in-person mediation. Evening and weekend mediations are available on request. Special rates are available on request for Small Claims Court and Human Rights Tribunal mediations. *Virtual mediations conducted by videoconference are on the Zoom platform unless otherwise directed at the time of booking. Use of other platforms is accommodated.
