Lynne Poirier is a fully bilingual labour arbitrator, mediator and workplace investigator. Ms. Poirier was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 1999, and the Barristers Society of Nova Scotia in 2011.  Since 2014, Ms. Poirier's exclusively neutral practice focuses on resolving labour and employment disputes, primarily in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. She currently sits on the Nova Scotia Labour Board as well as the Canada Industrial Relations Board as a part-time Vice-Chairperson. In addition to tribunal adjudication, Ms. Poirier conducts consensual and statutory arbitration, including grievance arbitration, interest arbitration, and med/arb.

Ms. Poirier lives with her family in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
